Welcome to Elinor Playgroup

Elinor Playgroup is a friendly environment for children between 2 ¼ and 5 years to learn, play and most importantly have fun! Our playgroup is run by 2 fully qualified members of staff, Lisa and Laura and we are open Tuesday – Friday mornings (9.15am – 11.45am). Each session provides an exciting mix of activities for the children to join in with, providing the perfect step up to pre-school nursery.

There is always plenty for busy bees to do such as:
 
  Bricks
  Dolls
  Train sets
  Sandpit
  Climbing frame
  Cars
  Dinosaurs
  Beads
  There is also usually a craft activity such as painting, drawing, sticking (or a combination of all for extra messiness and fun!)

We believe it is important for the children to get outside for some of their time with us, and so during every session (providing it is not pouring with rain!) we take the children out onto the adjacent cricket pitch for a walk and maybe a bit of a kick about with some footballs or for some running games! In the winter months we have the use of the grassy area around the Linlithgow Sports Club bowling green.

When the children come home they will certainly have had a busy morning and hopefully some fresh air too!

Each session costs £4.50 and children do not need to be toilet trained to come to our playgroup.
